For smaller clubs

Venue Axis Register+.

Venues whose group operates no more than 15 gaming machines in total, and only provides the gaming-machine designated services listed in AML/CTF Act s.233K, may fall within the s.233K exemption from those AML/CTF obligations — the exemption depends on related-entity and designated-service conditions, so confirm your entity's facts. What every club at this size still needs is a defensible digital incident register, the operational tools that feed it, and a working surface for the L&GNSW CL1002self-audit checklist that the regulator uses on the day — that's Register+. $99/month in year one, $129/month after. First three months free.

Venue Axis Register+— one product, two parts
The Register

The L&GNSW Digital Incident Register obligation, on a platform an inspector can read end-to-end.

  • Incident capture — category, time, persons, action taken, photos
  • Inspector-ready export, on-demand within minutes
  • Immutable once written; retained for at least 5 years by Venue Axis policy (statutory minimum for the incident register is 3 years under Liquor Act s.72L(5))
  • Cross-references to self-exclusion lookups and refused entries
  • Aligned to the L&GNSW gambling incident register requirements (Gaming Machines Regulation 2019 cl.50K)
The Plus

Everything around the register that turns it from a logbook into a working compliance toolkit.

  • Floor PWA — welfare checks, RGO check-ins, signage audits
  • Self-exclusion register lookups (read-only)
  • GM workflow inbox — escalations, alerts, plain-English scripts
  • Escalation SMS — 25/month allowance, vendor pass-through after
  • Same data model as Venue Axis Full — no re-platforming if you cross 16 EGMs
$99/month — year one
$129/month from year two.

What that buys you back

Clubs report 4–6 hours of club-manager timeper L&GNSW self-audit cycle, run 4–10 times a year. Register+ collapses that to minutes— the Audit Pack reads from a working record that's already populated. That's tens of hours of club-manager time back, every year, before counting inspector visits and board reporting.

For context: CherryCheck LITE (the free ClubsNSW-distributed tier) covers basic incident-register digitisation only — no SMR workflow, no patron risk scoring, no FRT, no Audit Pack export. CherryCheck Full's RCG/RSA modules cost an order of magnitude more and still don't produce an integrated Audit Pack across all of CL1002.

If your venue stays under 16 EGMs, the rate moves to $129/month from month 13 — set and forget, no renegotiation needed. If you grow past 16 EGMs, Register+ upgrades into Venue Axis Full without re-onboarding; your data, audit trail, and workflows carry forward unchanged.

Guarantee

90-day money back, no questions.

If Venue Axis isn't working for your venue within 90 days of go-live, cancel and we refund the contract in full. The free trial is the first three months; this guarantee covers the next 90 days after that, end to end.

Policy

Compliance actions don't gate on usage.

Sanctions screening, PEP checks, and SMR filing run regardless of where you sit in your monthly allowance. PEP and eKYC include a generous monthly allowance scaled to your venue size; usage above that is billed at vendor cost pass-through, never blocked.

The Floor PWA doesn't show per-action cost or allowance counters next to a compliance action — your staff act on the obligation, not the meter.
